The 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) kicked off with a blockbuster clash between Gujarat Titans (GT) And Chennai Super Kings (CSK), where the Hardik Pandya led party emerged victorious. In the thrilling first week of IPL 2023, fans have seen quite a few thrillers and some outstanding performances from both batsmen and bowlers.
The one led by KL Rahul Lucknow Supergiants (LSG) played the last game of the standout first week on Friday, in which last year’s debutants recorded a comfortable victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Ekana Stadium.
After week 1, Lucknow has secured the numero uno position in the points table with 2 wins from three matches. Likewise CSK star Ruturaj Gaikwad has continued his super impressive form and currently owns the Orange Cap. He scored 149 runs in two games at an average of 74.50 and a strike rate of 183.95, with 92 being his best hit.
